50 minutes of we mean business.

We recommend getting here at least 5 minutes early so you can settle in and start right on time. No rushing, just vibes.

How long is class...be honest

Anything comfy and form fitting so you can move freely and feel good doing it.

Think: cute, supportive, and ready to sweat (a little).

What should I wear? (aka how cute can I make this?)

What should I bring? (besides good energy)

Just you, a water bottle, and grip socks ✨

Grip socks are required (safety + hygiene, always).

No pair? Don’t stress! We have the cutest ones waiting for you at the front desk

First of all, welcome 🤍

You’re in the right place. Arrive about 10 minutes early so we can show you around, get you comfortable, and introduce you to the reformer (first date, kinda nervous).

If you’re brand new, start with our Olive Foundations class. It’s the best way to learn the basics and feel confident going into everything else. Trust us, it makes everything way less confusing (and a lot more fun).

Pilates is slow, controlled, and very intentional… which somehow makes it way harder than it looks.

You’ll probably shake and that’s exactly what we want. Not the sweat (even though you will be), not the soreness (even though you will be), but the shakes. That’s how you know it’s working. Expect to feel a little humbled, and yes… sore in places you didn’t know existed.

I’m new to Pilates… what am I getting myself into?
